The regional association provides various forms of humanitarian assistance, cares for elderly citizens, cares for the health of citizens, works with young members of the Red Cross, cares for and develops volunteering, participates in defense, protection and rescue programs and assistance in the event of natural and other disasters, and performs other tasks, the municipality co-finances them in their operation.
